Different cooling methods have different effects on the quality of products; Nowadays, the recommended practice is that the corn kernels from the digester are first sprayed and cooled by tap water, then enter the normal temperature water tank to stop double effect cooling, and then cooled by ice water, which can not only greatly reduce the concentration of water in the water tank, but also reduce the consumption of ice water and the energy consumption of the later quick freezer.
7、 Drum classifier
Since it is difficult to standardize the size of quick-frozen sweet corn kernels after quick freezing, we specially set up a low-temperature packaging room at the outlet of the quick-frozen machine, where we stop roller grading of corn, then stop classified packaging, and then enter the cold storage.
